AOL has released a new custom cutting machine, for package prototyping and short-run to medium-run production. The new systems can accommodate cutting areas of 1.6m, 2.5m, or 3.2m widths by 1.6m, 3.2m and 4.8m lengths. They can also be configured as flatbed cutters without automation for prototyping, or (with the addition of board feeding, conveying and offloading capabilities), can be used as an efficient short-run packaging solution.
